Bu...I'm guilty of reading more than I comment. But I can't resist sharing a thought--- I once suffered the rampages in my mind of a trauma- to the point where it was disrupting "normal" life--- and found a therapist who had been trained in EMDR therapy. I didn't buy into it- I'm pretty skeptical by nature- but it seemed to help "file things" away a bit so they weren't allowed to storm my brain from smaller stimuli. Anyway--- I'm not sure any of us ever 100% get over things which are too terrible to describe.
